I carry the No. 46 of shoes.
In doubt of the measures, I bought a couple of slippers #48/49.
I actually received a couple of slippers marked 48/49 in numbering which however correspond to a 45/46 of the European measures. For my measure they are fine but it is 45/46 and not 48/49.
So I recommend always going up by at least a couple of numbers

Good slippers, faux leather exterior, fur padding on the inside, very warm, suitable for winter but perhaps overly padded for summer. They seem durable, i hope they last long enough. Consider ordering 4 or 5 sizes more than your shoe size (in my case 43 eu).
