Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices shown are in USD and do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless otherwise stated.

Order Acceptance: UNITYPUREMAX reserves the right to refuse any order or cancel an order after it has been placed. We will notify you if your order is cancelled.

3. Payment Terms

Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and shipped. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods processed securely through our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal). All payment information is encrypted and handled in compliance with industry standards.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Domestic (USA) Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after order processing (2-3 business days)
  • Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx
  • Free shipping on orders over $100
  • Tracking number provided via email

International Shipping: UNITYPUREMAX ships to All countries including New Zealand, Australia, and UAE. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. The buyer is responsible for any customs fees.

Risk of Loss

We are committed to ensuring your order arrives safely.

If a package is lost in transit before it is marked as delivered, we will investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, provide a replacement or refund.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier to the shipping address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage. In such cases, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.

5. Returns & Refunds

30-Day Return Policy: We stand behind the quality of our handcrafted leather goods. You may return unworn items in original condition with all tags attached within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Return Shipping: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. We provide a free return label for defective or incorrect items.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned. Worn, damaged, or altered items cannot be returned.

Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Product Warranty

UNITYPUREMAX products are handcrafted from premium materials (Italian leather, horsehide, suede) and built to last. However, we do not provide a manufacturer’s warranty beyond the 30-day return policy. Leather goods naturally age and develop patina with use, which is not considered a defect.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the UNITYPUREMAX website—including text, images, logos, designs, and product photography—is the property of UNITYPUREMAX or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content without explicit written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UNITYPUREMAX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
