Refunds

Exchanges

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item due to manufacturing error, we’ll replace it at no cost. We provide free return labels for defective items and ship replacements immediately upon inspection.

Our leather boots, dress shoes, women’s footwear, and leather accessories are handcrafted to last. Natural aging and patina development is normal and not a defect.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We’ll replace the item or work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Store Credit Option

You can receive a refund to your original payment method or choose store credit instead. Store credit may process faster and often includes a bonus amount.

International Returns

We accept returns from Australia, New Zealand, and the UAE with the same 30-day return window. International return shipping is customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. Contact us for specific return instructions for your country.
